Disclaimer : Performing the hard reset will erase / wipe all of your personal data, we highly recommended to backup all data and make sure the SD Card is unmounted.


HTC Droid Eris hard reset from menu

1. Press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings > Security > Factory data reset.
2. On the Factory data reset screen, tap Reset phone and then tap Erase everything.

HTC Droid Eris hard reset by button combinations

1. Power off the phone
2. Press & Hold Volume Down + Send Button then Power on the phone
3. After 3 Android images appear at the bottom of the screen, released all button.
4. Follow instructions to reset your HTC Droid Eris
