1 - Switch ON your phone without SIM Card,
2 - Then compose : *#0000*CODE#,
3 - To finish compose : *#0001*CODE#.

- menu "unlock network" activated select YES and enter code

- Switch on your phone with a not accepted SIM Card,
- When the message "Enter Network Key" appear enter the Code
